Commission is commonly quoted at 20–30% — ask for your own rate and set it beside the right. Whatever else is on that statement arrives weeks after the food did.

The full ₱138 — no commission, nothing deducted later, no statement to wait for. At the counter and on pickup it stays ₱138 with no fee at all.
Yes — delivered, that silog costs your customer ₱20.70 more than walking in. That is the cost of bringing it to them, shown to whoever asked for it instead of buried in your menu. Your ₱138 never moves.
The system — delivery is one part
- Your storefront — your brand, menu and prices
- The counter — live queue, kitchen board, 86 an item in a tap
- Owner's view — branch health, best sellers, coaching
- Care desk + settlement book — orders, and what's owed
- Your customers — accounts recorded under MAHAW, not pooled into a marketplace. Export and data-privacy terms go in the agreement.
- Dine-in — table orders on the same board. (QR ordering and reservations: on the platform, not switched on for MAHAW.)
On every delivered order the store is charged ₱0 — that does not change. Separately, like your POS, the software runs on a plan: per transaction, monthly with a usage cap, or yearly uncapped. A bill you pay, not a cut of your sales — the same whether you sell one silog or a thousand. Quoted for your two branches in writing before anything switches on.
